We’re searching for a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team!
Your Day-to-Day:
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs
- Post and maintain job openings on internal and external platforms
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone/in-person), administer assessments, perform reference/background checks, and recommend candidates for hire
- Utilize traditional and nontraditional recruiting methods (career fairs, online events, community networking) to attract quality candidates
- Deliver a smooth candidate experience from application to offer, including skill evaluation, reference checks, salary recommendations, and offer closure
- Evaluate and implement recruiting tools such as ATS, sourcing platforms, referral programs, and vendor management
- Collaborate with department leaders to create a candidate-friendly environment
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and enhance the employee experience
- Manage internal transfers: screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and prepare transfer offer letters
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to gather feedback on the recruiting process
- Communicate key employment information during offer delivery (benefits, compensation, agreements)
- Coordinate new hire paperwork and enter new hire data into payroll systems
- Submit background checks, MVR, and drug screen requests for potential hires
- Ensure completion of all pre-employment testing before hiring clearance
- Prepare and file new employee documentation
- Assist HR management with special projects and other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of HR experience in Talent Acquisition or related field
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills; analyzes and resolves issues promptly
- Maintains confidentiality; open to new ideas and adaptable to change
- Clear and persuasive oral communication; skilled in presentations and meetings
- Excellent written communication; edits for accuracy and effectively presents data
- Well-organized; prioritizes tasks and develops realistic action plans
- Detail-oriented with strong quality control and self-monitoring
- Dependable, punctual, follows instructions, and seeks feedback to improve performance
