We’re searching for a talented and driven Project Scheduler to join our team! The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules using Primavera P6 for large-scale data center electrical construction projects. This role works closely with project managers, superintendents, field leadership, and clients to track progress, identify risks, and ensure project milestones are achieved on time.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Create baseline schedules, resource-loaded schedules, and schedule recovery plans.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules with field and management teams.
• Analyze critical path activities and identify potential delays or impacts.
• Prepare schedule reports, look-ahead plans, and executive progress updates.
• Coordinate scheduling activities with subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives.
• Support change management, delay analysis, and schedule forecasting efforts.
• Participate in project meetings and provide schedule-driven recommendations.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of construction scheduling experience, preferably in electrical or data center construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path methodology (CPM), and project controls.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
