We’re searching for a talented and driven Senior Estimator to join our team!

Your Day-to-Day:

• Prepare electrical cost estimates to support bidding and pricing
• Analyze blueprints and documents to estimate time, cost, materials, and labor
• Review contract documents to define scope and estimate requirements
• Calculate complete takeoffs for discipline-specific estimates
• Request and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
• Deliver accurate estimates on time for review and revision
• Maintain detailed files of estimate backup and supplier pricing
• Review design options and recommend cost-effective, quality solutions
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• 7-10 years of estimating experience, preferably in mission critical electrical construction
• Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and computerized cost data interpretation
• Familiarity with Accubid Anywhere and LiveCount preferred but not required
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines professionally and timely
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional and courteous
• Skilled multitasker—can manage multiple screens and phone conversations simultaneously
• Proficient in creating, editing, and analyzing Excel, Word, PDF, and PowerPoint documents
