We’re searching for a talented and driven Safety Intern to join our team!

Your Day-to-Day:

• Collaborate with Safety and HR teams to learn about Safety Culture
• Assist with ordering and organizing PPE
• Participate in weekly virtual trainings and job site visits
• Help organize Quickbase and Safety file systems
• Maintain I-9 forms via electronic E-Verify
• Support HR and Safety teams with special projects
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Rising Junior or Senior majoring in Safety, Risk Management, Health & Operational Safety, or related field
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Maintains confidentiality and open-mindedness
• Effective oral communication, presentation, and meeting skills
• Skilled in written communication and data interpretation
• Excellent planning, organizing, and time management
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control
• Adaptable to change and able to manage multiple demands
• Reliable, punctual, follows directions, and seeks feedback
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
